12-363kV FRP Capacitive Wall-through Bushing

Currently, the conventional HV wall-through bushing includes: oil-immersed paper capacitive wall-through bushing, which has the disadvantages such as easy oil leakage, oil aging, oil chromatography out of limits and bad anti-shock performance; resin-impregnated paper capacitive wall-through bushing, which has the disadvantages such as complex structure, long production cycle, high price and bad anti-shock performance; Teflon tap or nano-film compound capacitive wall-through bushing, which has the disadvantages such as partial discharge out of limits because of the silicon oil stored inside for a long time, and bad anti-bending performance; epoxy resin-impregnated fiberglass capacitive transformer bushing is a new type dry transformer bushing possessing proprietary intellectual property right of our company, which adopts epoxy resin-impregnated fiberglass winding & solidifying system; the insulating layer is formed by spiral winding surrounding the ground wire; the capacitive panel is formed by winding the semi-conductor conformal materials; the pure solid capacitive cores which are formed through high temperature solidification are set at the intervals between alternate winding operations of insulating layer and capacitive panel; subject to use and assembly requirements; machining ways are adopted for expected shape and sizes; the connecting flanges are directly glued on the protection layer external to insulation of capacitive core; external insulation is directly injected on the surface of capacitive core, with the rubber shed injection molding technology. This bushing has a pretty good structural strength, simple structure and less sealing parts, free of maintenance.

a)No leakage

The FRP bushing is the integrated solid type structure in its true sense. The product has no sealed part in itself, and no factor which may result in leakage.

b)High mechanical strength

The FRP bushing uses the FRP under excellent mechanical strength as the main insulating material, which possesses extremely high mechanical strength. Therefore, the rubber shed on external insulation of bushing can be directly installed on the insulating core, possessing more simple structure and more reliable performance.

c)Great moisture-proof performance

The FRP is made of epoxy resin and glass fibers, which is difficult to be affected with damp. Thus, no treatment is required on the oil end of FRP bushing during transport and storage.

d)Great anti-pollution flashover capacity

The FRP bushing uses silicon rubber as the external insulation, and the hydrophobic nature and hydrophobic mobility of silicon rubber shed surfaces greatly improve the anti-pollution flashover capacity of product.

e)Less maintenance

The FRP bushing is free of oil and in light weight, and the shed is fearless of collision, so installation will be easy. Oil level and internal pressure measurement and chromatographic analysis are not required during operation of bushing, so there will be less maintenance work.
