The experts show you what is good transformer bushing!

Bushing is the main insulating device external to transformer enclosure. The outgoing line of transformer winding must pass through insulating bushing which makes insulation between outgoing lines and between outgoing line and transformer enclosure and serves to fix the outgoing line. Due to different voltage levels, the insulating bushing consists of pure porcelain bushing, oil-filled bushing, capacitive bushing and others. The pure porcelain bushing is mainly applied in the transformers of 10kV and below. A conductive copper bar passes through the porcelain bushing, and inside of the porcelain bushing is air-insulated. The oil-filled bushing is mainly applied in the transformers of 35kV. Oil is filled into porcelain bushing. Inside the porcelain bushing, a conductive copper bar passes through, which is covered by insulating paper. The capacitive bushing is made up of main insulating capacitive core, upper and lower porcelain parts of external insulation, connecting sleeves, conservator, spring assembly, pedestal, voltage-sharing ball, measuring terminals, wiring terminals, rubber gaskets and insulating oil etc., which is commonly applied on high-volt transformer above 100kV.
